Privacy policy
How UNFINITX processes personal data submitted through the forms on this website.
About this policy
This policy explains how UNFINITX processes personal data collected through this website. It applies only to this website and the forms on it.
What data we collect
Data you provide
When you fill in one of our forms, we receive the information you enter:
- Free diagnostic form: your name, position, phone number, e-mail address, details about your company (such as its name, field of activity and size), and your answers about the current state of the business, its problems and its goals.
- Meeting request form: your name, contact details, the meeting topic, your preferred format, date and time, and your message.
- Contact form: your name, contact details and message.
Please do not include information in the forms that is not needed for your request.
Technical data
When a form is submitted, we also store some technical information:
- a salted hash of your IP address, used only to protect the forms from spam and abuse; the original address cannot be recovered from it;
- your browser's user agent;
- the page the form was sent from and the referring page;
- UTM parameters, if the link you followed contained them;
- the language version of the site you used.
How we use the data
We use your data to:
- respond to your request;
- prepare the free diagnostic and our recommendations;
- arrange and hold meetings;
- improve our services and this website;
- prevent spam and abuse of the forms.
We do not use your data for automated decision-making, and we do not send advertising newsletters.
Legal basis
We process the data on the basis of your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box when you submit a form. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before that.
Who has access to the data
Your data is stored on our servers. Access is limited to UNFINITX staff who need it to handle your request. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data, and we do not pass it on to third parties for their own purposes.
How long we keep the data
We keep your data for as long as it is needed to handle your request and maintain our working relationship. After that, or earlier at your request, the data is deleted or anonymised so that it can no longer be linked to you.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- find out what data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct inaccurate data;
- ask us to delete your data;
- withdraw your consent to processing.
To exercise any of these rights, write to us through the contact page. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on the request.
Cookies
This website uses only strictly necessary cookies that keep the forms secure, such as anti-forgery protection. We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No method of transmitting data over the internet is completely secure, but we work to keep the risks as low as possible.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the website or the way we process data changes. The current version is always published on this page, together with the date of the last update.
